Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by law.

Access issues / broken download

If you have a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase (for example: a broken link or file issue), email us at framecorehq@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to restore access, resend the file, or provide an updated download link.

When we may approve an exception

We may approve a refund or replacement at our sole discretion in limited cases such as:

Duplicate purchase of the same product

Billing error (charged incorrectly)

Verified non-delivery that we can’t resolve by providing access

Not refundable

We do not offer refunds for:

“Changed my mind” or no longer wanting the product

Not seeing the performance results you expected (results vary by system)

Not being compatible with your device/software (unless we explicitly guaranteed compatibility)
