1. Who we are / contact

FrameCore (digital products)

We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours.

2. Products (digital downloads only)

FrameCore sells digital downloadable products, including (but not limited to):

  • PC optimization guides
  • Work-from-home PC guides
  • Performance configuration files and related digital content
  • Any future digital products listed on our Store

All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

3. Delivery, access, and download links

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital product via download link and/or an email containing download instructions.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout
  • Ensuring you can receive our messages (check spam/junk folders)
  • Keeping download links and files secure and not sharing them

Download links may expire or be limited for security reasons. If you experience issues accessing your download, contact us within 30 days of purchase at framecorehq@gmail.com.

4. License and permitted use (personal use only)

When you purchase a FrameCore product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the product for your own personal use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product (in whole or in part)
  • Upload, publish, or post the product publicly (including forums, file-sharing sites, or social media)
  • Modify and sell or distribute altered versions of the product
  • Claim ownership of FrameCore content
  • Use the product for commercial purposes without written permission from FrameCore

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our products or the Store in a way that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringes our intellectual property or the intellectual property of others
  • Enables unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of the product
  • Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary information from any files or content we provide (to the extent applicable)

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the product if you violate these Terms.

6. No guarantees; results may vary

Our products are provided for informational and educational purposes. Results may vary depending on your system, hardware, software, drivers, settings, and usage.

We do not guarantee specific results, including (but not limited to) FPS improvements, boot time reductions, latency reductions, or performance increases.

7. Assumption of risk; backups and safe use

You are responsible for your computer system and data.

Before applying optimization steps or configuration changes, you should:

  • Read the instructions fully
  • Create backups and/or a system restore point
  • Proceed carefully and at your own risk

FrameCore is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, misapplication, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Refund policy (digital products)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds after a product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, contact us at framecorehq@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

At our sole discretion, we may make exceptions in limited cases such as:

  • Duplicate purchases
  • Clear billing errors

9. Intellectual property

All guides, configurations, written materials, graphics, logos, and other content sold or provided by FrameCore are the intellectual property of FrameCore and are protected by applicable laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameCore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase, download, use, or inability to use our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameCore’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Disclaimers

Our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to process your order and deliver your digital product (such as name and email address), and we do not sell your personal information.

Payment processing and checkout providers (such as Shopify, Payhip, and their payment partners) may collect and process additional information as part of completing your transaction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Store.

Your continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state/jurisdiction where FrameCore is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
